Can Easy2Sync for Outlook synchronize my Outlook while it is OPEN? Actually, it's quite simple and reversed left to right. An example: Computer A contains A.pst and Easy2Sync for Outlook (A) Computer B contains B.pst and Easy2Sync for Outlook (B) So, Easy2Sync for Outlook is installed 2 times. On one of the computers (or on a third computer), the file M.pst is stored. M.pst can simply be an empty file (Outlook: File / New) or a copy of one of the PST-Files. In the first case, the data is build up during the first synchronization which takes some time, of course. The synchronization must be configured as follows: Easy2Sync for Outlook (A) synchronizes A.pst with M.pst Easy2Sync for Outlook (B) synchronizes B.pst with M.pst A.pst and B.pst are used by Outlook respectively. Because Easy2Sync is running on the same PC as Outlook this won't be a problem. The programs recognize each other and cooperate. And that's all. |
